Hi friend! Yay for Friday! Jordan has been looking forward to today all week because we have a swim playdate with one of her classmates today. I’m looking forward to it too and you HAVE to be in the water to be outside here – it’s 100+ degrees with humidity!
I’m still walking everyday, but have moved it to the treadmill and my goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day. I’m on Day 4 today and already feeling good. I usually do 2- 30 minute sessions and only watch YouTube videos while I’m on the treadmill. It helps me look forward to it!

We made Beef Tenderloin with Au Poivre sauce, maple sage sweet potatoes and lemony asparagus recently and it was SO GOOD! The baja cauliflower tacos were light and delicious too.
