You Can Now Buy Sarah Sherman Samuel’s Viral Bunk Beds—No DIY Necessary
In late 2019, the reveal of Sarah Sherman Samuel’s son’s room went viral, thanks to a circus inspired (and DIYed) arched bunk bed, and the frame has been making the repost rounds ever since. So when West Elm Kids and Pottery Barn Kids tapped the Domino cover star for their latest collaboration (available today!) it was an opportunity for Samuel to give the people what they’ve been asking for: a buyable version of that same viral piece.
The collection, 70 pieces of furniture, lighting, and decor was all inspired by Samuel’s signature earthy hues, geometric patterns, and her very own kitchen hardware (you’ll spot the big round pulls on the vanity desk and lofted bed). While an under-the-big-top sleeping arrangement doesn’t fit in everyone’s homes, we gathered four other star pieces from the launch that can slide in pretty much anywhere.
Top Bunk
Bring home Samuel’s viral bed frame for your own little ones. Plus, the lower bunk’s oversized, curved opening ensures no one will hit their head come morning.
Clean Up Companion
A storage solution this adorable will have every stubborn toddler eager to clean up after playtime.
Flower Power
A milky glass bulb casts a much softer glow from this floral sconce, ideal for storytime. The best part: you don’t need to call an electrician; simply mount it to the wall and plug in the cloth-wrapped cord.
Soft Seating
A smaller take on the collection’s arch motif, the bouclé desk chair has 360-degree upholstery that’s comfortable enough for both homework time and slumber party makeovers.
Ground Cover
Inspired by the verdant hue she painted her son’s room, Samuel’s wool rug features an oversized snake that almost reads like an abstract pattern.
